Are there any programs to edit music the same way premiere edits video, with possibilities to have different tracks with different effects? |

Goldwave might do it, if not, go to an electronic store and ask if they have the software. Hope this helps

good ol' goldwave. works like a charm.if you want to slap together a ton of tracks, get multiquence, made by the makers of goldwave. |
