i don't have an xlr output on my trv900, so how would i hook up a boom mic. Shoud i just get a whole separate audio recording device and then hook up the boom mics to that or whatthanks |

well, firstly, anything mic wise on your cam would have to be input, otherwise since most likely you have a mini input, best way to go is to get a nice mixer (preferably portable) and connect the xlr mics to that and then run it to the camera for recording. | |
