its an old classical song and it is always used to show a nice, sunny day or a picnic type of setting in a meadow with the sun and clouds and birds etc...
this isnt very helpful i know and neither is this, but it goes something like:
da, da da da da da da, da da da da da da, da da da da DI...
i have a short 16 second low quality preview clip of it that is 350KB if u need me to email it to you. But I really need the name of this song so I can get it for a movie. The movie has to be done by sunday so i need the name quickly can anyone PLEASE help me?

well it was in a hersheys candybar commercial a long time ago with these ants carrying away the candybar from a picnic table, and it was at the beginning of the old LucasArt's game "Day of the Tentacle"

I recognize the tune.. everyone knows this one.. but I can't think of the name! I have a friend who would probably know, but it's too late to call him right now.

i know its killing me too! If you could call him tomorrow that would still be enough time for me to get it in; as long as i can get it done by around 11 PM tomorrow night (pacific time)
Thanks for the help guys its really appreciated!

Well, I want to say Morning Mood by Grieg, but thats a different morning type song. I'll keep thinking about it.

Close call! I believe the song you are looking for is by Grieg. It is called "Peer Gynt, Suite No. 1 - The Morning"

It is part of a longer tune colled the William Tell Overture. That song is divided into different "sections" of music, and that's where it's from. I know it!

I hope I've helped you.
