Topic: Lightsaber flashes in Photoshop

Is there anyway I can make the lightsabers,when they clash, make them flash like in the movies? Is there a way to do this in photoshop?------------------

Yes there is, I do mine by creating a new layer over the filmstrip and paint in the saber with white paint brush on every frame. Then make an outer glow in the color you want and adjust the levels till it looks right. Then make another layer and paint a orange/yellowest blob over the sabers on one or two frames for the clashing effect. hope that helpsJason S [This message has been edited by Jason S (edited 01-10-99).]
