I'm assuming that you want to make fake toxic waste.

The way I would do it, is: take some Karo light corn syrup and mix in some blue and yellow food colouring. You could use some water to thin it down if needed.

Hope this helps.

Mix cornflour and water to a paste. Add green food colouring (this actually makes an impact-reactive gel; it's gloopy and runny but if you hit it it goes instantly hard).

This mixture works well because it is not transparent; you can use CGI or a green light on it and it glows really well. Mix it to the consistency that you desire.

I think that there are plenty of tips on Zombie make-up in the FAQ's or the archives, using clay, latex or tissue paper. Dress your zombies in regular clothes from charity shops but tear them up and make them dirty. Bear in mind that if your zombies are coming from their graves they would have been put in a suit by the undertaker; these clothes are done up at the front but are open at the back (it's pretty difficult to dress a dead body).

If you want it in a barrel, you could also run a blacklight (or any light, really) into the bottom of the barrel, just put it into a waterproof case, light it, and it will glow.

You can fill a wide cardboard box full of earth and then you can put a soft roll of grass on top. Then cut a hole in the side of a box, let the actor place his hand inside and film a close up of the hand tearing through the ground. Then (in your cemetery set) in front of the tombstone rough up the grass and dump dirt on the grave and have the actor kneel on his knees and place the dirt on him so it looks like his legs are still under the earth. Then cut to, the actor fully out of the grave...
