I need a quick and easy wy to put a scar on a guys bald head....How would i apply the make up? I need this by tomorrow...anyone know?

Either colodian, or later, or derma wax. I'm not sure if the scalp will constrict enough for colodian to work. You can build it up with latex, just drawing a line of latex on the scalp untill you have it built up as much as you need. You can carefully remove this at the end 9of the day and put it back on for later scenes with spirite gum. You can also build it up using derma wax, but this can be a pain unless you have some practice using it. If you need anyother help let me know.

If you use latex make sure the guy is clean shaven or there will be some pain

How about some advice on where to get the supplies.

You can find a lot of this stuff at Party Supply stores and Costume Shops. I get mine from BURMAN INDUSTRIES INC. You can get their catalog from the address below.

You can also use "Knox" brand gelatine that you can buy in the canning department of the grocery store. Mix the gelatine powder with hot water until you get a paste. Build up the scar and once it dries blend it to the skin color with makeup. This won't last as long as derma wax or latex but it's quick and comes off with water.
