I am sculpting a dragons head and I have hit a snag.\nI am at a loss for skin texture.\nI tried sclaes of varying size and shape and did not like them.\nAny ideas?I was trying to find good close ups of the dinosaurs from Jurassic park but cannot find any books around here.\n

Try using a small sculpting tool to draw in the scales, then roll an orange over the area. This gives you detail, saves time, and makes molding a lot easier

Honestly I did not like the scales that I did sculpt on it. They looked goofy for some reason.
