I need something I can spray onto foam rubber that will get rid of the orange peel like finish.

I don't know if this will work on rubber (works great on dead humans) but have you tried acidtone?

Do you mean acetone ?, If you do Just tried it and it turns the stuff into shrinky dinks.
If you meant acidtone, I'm not framiliar with it.
