So, here's what I did:I bought a bunch of champagine poppers from the doller store.
I took the top off a few of them.
I took the little paper streamers out of them.
I put about half a teaspoon of flour into each of them, and put the top back on.
So when they are set off (by pulling the little string in the back), a burst off flour comes out, and looks kinda cool.
Anybody have ideas on how I could use this?
Please don't get on my case about the whole saftey deal about pyrotechnics, because there is less than 0.2 ounces of gunpowder in each, and they are perfectly legal. 
(When in their normal state, alll they do is make a loud pop).
