Little help,
Where can I get realistic Sound FX e.g. rain and thunder, that are clear and top quality. All the ones floating around on the web are not the best quality.

To get rain the easiest way is to record it your self or buy a sound effects c.d. that is in the public domain. You are right most internet rain and thunder sounds cheap and trebley.
