I recently rotoed some video in paintshop when I put it back in premeire the picture was kind of bad. Is there a way to keep the video quality the same as before rotoing, or is it something you have to live with?

What resolution are you exporting the frames as?

The only way to get realy looseless pictures after rotoscoping them is to export them as uncompressed, else you will compress your clip that has already been compressed, and it will lose quality.
