Ok...here we go...I import with my matrox rt2000, edit in premiere 5.1c, then bring it into after effects 4.1 and add my cinelook demo and reder it as either a quicktime DV file or a matrox DV file I think bring it back into premiere. When I play it back in premiere it comes out with a flash or choppy inbetween each cut...so under the monitor window options, (on the left hand side) I changed the frame rate to either 24fps or the bottom film one and it doesn't flash, but when played back on te right hand side (the proiject monitor) it still flashes! Any ideas on how to fix this??

Thanks!

Thanks for the advice, but I am extremely happy with the RT2000, its not the hardware thats giving me a problem...when I capture and play back and what not, everything is fine, its when I tool around in after effects and then bring it back to premeire its screwy...sometimes

A litle more information is needed.
In what framerate did you capture your clip from start. How many colors? It could also be that you, in after effects render your clip in million colors+ and your clip is actually only 24 bits(millions of colors).
But most probably it has to do with you using different framerate when rendering it in after effects. And on the other side I also get that flicker because it can't handle the DV format except through the hardware(if you're not using soft DV drivers). This means it will flicker on your monitor but the picture outputed through the firewire and your harware will turn out good on your camera-monitor or your TV.
I dunno .. give more information.
